Following an adverse result in the national Bowel Screening Programme I was pleased to be able to see Dr Campbell very quickly and within two days, had the necessary investigations carried out at the BMI Alexandra. Dr Campbell listened, managed my anxiety and showed the very best in both professionalism and empathy. I am pleased to say that I don't have any more appointments, for now.

Dr Campbell assessed my condition very efficiently and explained clearly what his actions would be. These were carried out at the BMI Alexandra hospital. The total timescale from initial consultation to follow up meeting after the procedure was 2 weeks which was very acceptable. I would like to thank him for his very efficient, friendly and professional approach. At all times he spoke a "language" I understood which always helps.

I made an appointment to see Dr Campbell on a Monday,he arranged a CT Scan on the Thursday followed by a Colonoscopy on the Saturday.His secretary then arranged a follow up appointment a week after the Saturday treatment with the results of my biopsies! What a wonderful service,a great team effort with full marks to his secretary (his wife) who bent over backwards arranging appointments and giving instructions on the taking of the powders prior to the Colonoscopy.What could have been a very stressful week was made very relaxed by this great Campbell team,thanks again.

I would recommend Dr Campbell wholeheartedly. I had seen other doctors who couldn't help me, but Dr Campbell identified what was causing my problems and got me back on the right track. He was extremely methodical, listened attentively and gave me the time to express my concerns. He was very clear in his responses to those concerns, and I felt I was in safe hands. I've seen many doctors over the years, and I've found that often, because I sound like I know what I'm talking about, they respond in a very technical or overly complex way. I found Dr Campbell was very straight forward, which is what I needed as a patient, and didn't blind me with science. I'd also note that because I was self-funding, Dr Campbell was very careful to ensure I was prepared for the costs of the treatment, and tried to find way to limit those costs where possible. (By checking if I'd already had certain tests etc) I also found his secretary to be incredibly helpful. She responded quickly and clearly to all my questions by email and on the phone.

The email responses were quick and efficient. Dr Campbell's secretary was so helpful to organize an appointment with him and then afterwards with further referrals, I couldn't have asked for any better! She was wonderful. Dr Campbell was professional and made me feel at ease during our appointment by talking, he listened to me and asked questions allowing me to give responses. Then offered explanations with confidence, this helped me to understand what was going on and he explained in a way that I could understand without it being confusing. His services and that of his secretary were second to none and I am so thankful for his help. I would definitely recommend Dr Campbell.
